There will be a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within less than 18 hours of your booked appointment. If you are a no-show to your appointment or cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for 100% of the service. This will NOT be credited towards a future service. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I cannot guarantee the service will be rendered. Please be respectful of my time and those that have appointments scheduled after you. I will do my best to still accommodate your appointment. The full price of the booked appointment will be charged, no exceptions. Appointments are non transferable. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please cancel within the 18 hour cancellation window. This will allow someone to schedule in your place.
